		<description>Oh Mikey, such words of wisdom! I really appreciate the posts you come up with. You make very valid points. Another great idea that I personally use, is to have a great SUPPORT system. Every artist (every person rather) gets down from time to time. We need our family, friends, colleagues, and like-minded people as a support system, and keep us inspired/motivated.  

Maybe start a club (I've done this before with other illustrators) where you work on projects and critique each other. Or if you're in different cities, start a group blog, where you can post daily, weekly, monthly new things you're working on to both inspire to and to be inspired. 

The best way to find work is to keep working! Keep motivated, and stay positive. =)</description>
